Winter Prices

Children’s discount (only in winter):

• Children up to 3 years of age stay free and are not added to the number of people.
• Children up to 12 years of age receive a discount of 30% (only in winter).
• The children’s discount applies starting from the 3^rd sleeping place (at least 2 people must be paying the full amount). 

Baby and children’s cot
It is possible to book a baby and children’s cot for the entire holiday period for €50,00. 

Local tax
A local tax of € 2,70 per person per night is charged for people 14 years of age or older. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on site.

Minimum stay
A surcharge is applied for a stay of less than 4 days.

Pets on request

Deposit
We request the timely transfer of a deposit in the amount of 40% of the total price.

Payment options
In the restaurant and to pay for your stay, we accept cash, bank transfer (only by prior arrangement), and common credit cards.

Check-in / check-out
From 5 pm on your arrival day; on request, either earlier or until 9 pm possible. Check-out until 10 am. 

Cancellation and booking policy

• A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required as a booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged.
• If the booked apartment is occupied by fewer people than booked, the amount to be paid remains the same as the confirmed one.
• If people are added (where possible), a surcharge will be applied.
